The game plan

1. After my diploma:

 - i want to get my basic ward experience for one year in the field that i like

 - i want to get surgical experience for one year in the field that i like

 - i want to get intensive care experience for one year in the field that i like

That'll sum up my 3 years of bond service. 

2. After my bond service: 

 - im going to take a conversion degree programme in a better country (other than Sg)

 - im going to take a specialty course (umm, post basics? Advance Diploma? Whatever they call it.) in the field that i like in the country that i take my degree

That'll sum up my minimum requirement of my studies in nursing (which i love so much!).

3. After my studies:

 - im going to settle down, get married, and continue to serve for another few years until the time is right

 - im going to get job in one of the uni / nursing school nearby, or get into the management of the hospital.

 - If not, i'll get into one of the local clinics. I want an office hour job after serving a few years of shift work. 

 - then i'll have kids. i'll draw my kids one whole series of children books cause they costs so much now.Not hard what. and im good in drawing (Bragging)

Thats the perfect game plan that i have in mind. 

The salary comes second, satisfaction comes first. 

Now? working hard to get into the first part of the game plan!
